Orders
How to place an order?

If you want to place an order, select the product you want to purchase and add it to your cart. You can then proceed to checkout, or add more products before checking out. Once you’re done, just follow the on-screen instructions to complete the order.

 
Can I change my placed order?

If you want to change an order you’ve already placed, please note that you cannot do this on your own. However, if the package has not yet been shipped, you can contact us by sending a message or calling, and we’ll be happy to assist you with editing the order. You can find our contact details in the contact section.

 
Where is my order?

To find out where your package is, you’ll receive a package number after placing your order. You can then check the order status in the order tracking section. To locate the shipment, simply enter the package number on the carrier’s website.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Although you can place an order without creating an account, we recommend creating one because it allows you to check your order history, modify billing and shipping addresses, select and follow your favorite products, and take advantage of time-limited promotions available to registered users.

I forgot my user account password.

Unfortunately, for security reasons, we do not store passwords, but you can easily reset them. Click the ‘Forgot your password?’ button and follow the instructions. If you encounter any issues, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Can I receive a VAT invoice?

To receive a VAT invoice for your order, please enter your VAT identification number (VAT UE) in the ‘VAT Identification Number’ field during the order placement. After the payment is processed, you will receive an electronic invoice via email.

Payments
How can I pay for my order?

We utilize PayU payments, which are fast, convenient, and most importantly, secure.

Can I choose the cash-on-delivery payment option?

Currently, we do not offer cash-on-delivery payments.

I didn’t complete the payment, what should I do?

If you were unable to complete the payment, you can re-order. Unpaid orders will be canceled.

Shipping
How do you ship products?
We partner with reliable courier companies, including Inpost, UPS, GLS, DPD, and FedEx.
 
When will I receive my package?

We aim to dispatch most packages within one business day of completion and by the next business day at the latest. If the package is shipped within Poland, delivery usually takes 1-2 business days. However, the delivery time may vary for international shipments depending on the destination country.

 
What should I do if the package arrives damaged?

We do our best to ensure that our products are securely packaged. However, if you receive a damaged package, be sure to create a damage report with the courier (the lack of this report may prevent a claim with the carrier!), take photos, and send them to us via email at sklep@pracowniawizytowek.pl. Please let us know if the product is also damaged, and we will find a solution.
