Plastic Business Cards
Our PVC business cards are designed to resemble standard credit cards, with a thickness ranging from 0.5 to 0.7 mm and rounded corners. We offer the option to apply spot UV coating to selected elements (quote only). We print graphics on both sides of the business cards in full color and cover them with a protective layer – matte or glossy, depending on your preference. Our plastic business cards are durable, scratch-resistant, and dirt-resistant, making them highly aesthetic.

Description
Full Color Printing
The best option for printing highly saturated color projects, including colorful graphics, large color areas, or photographs. We can print both single-sided and double-sided.
PVC 0,7 mm
The plastic is a premium-quality, smooth, white material with a standard rigidity of 0.7mm – typical of credit cards. The surface finish can either be matte or glossy.
Spot UV
Bring your projects to life by highlighting a distinct accent from your logo. Spot UV enables you to add a transparent gloss to any area of your business card. Moreover, the matte surface finish makes the gloss even shinier.

Guidelines - Spot UV
Element Size:
Try to ensure that the smallest elements are at least 0.5 mm.
Spacing Between Elements:
Try to ensure that the smallest spaces are at least 0.5 mm.
Text Size:
Text covered with varnish should not be smaller than 15pt.
Varnish Mask:
We accept only a vector mask. Save it on a separate layer in black with K=100% and name the layer "VARNISH."
Shifts:
Shifts in relation to printing of about ~0.3-0.5 mm are possible.
Guidelines - Hot-Stamping
Element Size:
Try to ensure that the smallest elements are at least 0.3 mm.
Spacing Between Elements:
Try to ensure that the smallest spaces are at least 0.3 mm.
Text Size:
Text applied with foil should not be smaller than 8pt.
Hot Stamping Mask:
We accept only a vector mask. Save it on a separate layer in black with K=100% and name the layer "HOT STAMPING."
Shifts:
Shifts in relation to printing of about ~0.5-1.0 mm are possible.
Hot Stamping Technique:
Delicate indentations are created.
Design Tips
Text Size:
When preparing the project, try to visually assess whether the size of the letters will not be too small. Typically, we recommend a minimum text size of around 6-7pt, but each design should be approached individually.
Text Color:
The sharpest and most distinct text comes out in black with K=100%.
Safety Margin:
Due to inevitable shifts during the production process, avoid placing important content closer than 3mm from the cutting edge.
Bleeds:
Bleeds are elements that extend beyond the cutting lines and the final size of the business card. Any graphics intended to be printed to the edge should extend beyond the cutting area by 3mm on each side.
Graphic Elements:
The graphics or photos you use should have a resolution of 300 dpi or less; otherwise, it may affect print quality.
Frames:
Due to cutting tolerance, avoid placing frames too close to the edges. 5mm is a definite minimum.
Perfect Black:
For the deepest black, when applying color, you will achieve it using CMYK 30-30-30-100.
