Ultra-Thick Paper
Favini, the Italian paper manufacturer, has launched a new collection of papers that stands out for its considerable thickness, measuring approximately 1mm. The collection offers a range of colors from warm off-white and elegant black to intense navy blue, shades of gray, and rustic brown. All papers are dyed in the mass for a consistent color and are certified by FSC: vibrant red and rustic brown.

We only accept a vector mask. Save it on a separate layer in black (K=100%) and name the layer "HOT STAMPING."

Shifts relative to printing of ~0.3-0.5 mm are possible.

Design Tips
Text Size:
When preparing your design, try to visually assess whether the text size will not be too small. Typically, we consider a minimum text size of approximately 6-7pt, which may vary depending on the font.
Text Color:
The sharpest and most distinct texts come out in black color.
Safety Margin:
Due to inevitable shifts during the production process, try not to place important content closer than 3mm from the cutting edge.
Bleeds:
Bleeds are elements extending beyond the cutting lines and the final dimensions of the business card. If any graphics are to be printed to the edge, extend them beyond the cutting area to an area that is 3 mm on each side.
Frames:
Due to cutting tolerance, avoid placing frames too close to the edges. 5mm is an absolute minimum.
